Hey all I finally found a fully functional skill planner for our Act X update. Its in the form of an excel spreadsheet so if you do not have Excel 2007 or later visit OpenOffice.Org for a free fully functional Microsoft Office Suite clone.

If your left confused when facing spreadsheets I have confirmed that a level 70 character who has completed all quests has 6993 Skill points and 23 Technique? points availabe. So get your calculators out
