does the dragon cast faster now? all of my asura stuff does but at a nerfed cost...very nerfed

The dragon does not but all the ghosts cast time has been cut dramatically. Though I think keiga is still ungodly slow. Also I think Saya is not as strong as it used to be, But now I can use two of em so I'm very much OK with that. I think we should start some tutorial threads about changes we can confirm. Ill handle benders now.
